Step 1 – Select your Beams
This 1841mm Beam is specifically designed for the Rack It 600KG system and two Beams are required for each shelf in your system.
To reach the 600kg weight loading per shelf, you will need 4 Support Braces and Safety Pins.
These Beams create a useable shelf width of 1800mm that’s compatible with 2x 895mm Wire or 2x 897mm MDF shelving.

To guarantee weight loading and shelf integrity – 4 Braces (I/N: 2760547 or 760535) must be used on each 1841mm Shelf.
For a small garage workshop, the Rack It 600KG does the job. Each shelf holds up to 600kg evenly distributed, for a total weight bearing of 2,400kg per bay. The narrower 430mm or 530mm depth footprint fits tight walls and keeps your floor space free. Slot and lock with a pin, only a rubber mallet is needed for assembly. Build out with extra bays, shelves or accessories from the same range (available at Bunnings) as the workshop grows.
For a garage storage setup with Rack It 600KG, start with a base bay and add more shelves and accessories over time. Each shelf holds up to 600kg evenly distributed across a 430mm or 530mm depth. Choose between MDF or Wire shelves. Add Drawer Kits, Hook Plates and Hooks as your storage needs grow. Expand over time and grab additional components from Bunnings.

Each shelf in the Rack It 600KG range holds up to 600kg evenly distributed when the load is spread across the full shelf surface. Maximum 4 shelves per bay. Spread heavy items centrally and avoid stacking weight on one edge. Follow the anchoring instructions in the box every time.
